STATUS UPDATE (25/12): We have updated the crowdfunding goal based on the final numbers for venue and equipment. We have rented a room for 50 people to keep costs and risks manageable, so that has dropped to 4800 Euro from the initial number. Thanks to people kindly contributing equipment we have managed to lower costs for equipment from 3300 Euros to 1450 Euros.

Also, we only have 1x SDR left.

What: a parallel event to watch the 33c3 video streams with like-minded people.

Where: in Hamburg, at Radisson Blu in a separate venue. NB: The venue can host a limited number of people, and first priority goes to those who contribute to making the event happen.

Why: The tickets for the 33C3 this year were sold out a few minutes after the ticket sale started, and this left alot of people without a ticket for their beloved annual tech conference. In the spirit of this year’s congress theme, we are inviting people to gather in one place to meet and watch the live streaming of 33C3 together, organise a program of presentation and discussion sessions, as well as just hang out and have fun.
